DeutschCugla develops and produces cementitious specialty mortars.
The package comprises four product groups:
Cuglaton shrinkage-compensating mortars
- casting mortars
- trowel mortars
- grouting mortars
Cuglacrete concrete repair mortars
- a complete line for repairing concrete on both portland and blastfurnace cement basis
Cuglaton TT steel fibre mortars
- steel fibre reinforced mortars, where TT stands for Time and Temperature, to which the mortars are specially developed in relation to compressive strength development
Cuglaton Cold
- mortars specially developed for use at low temperatures (0 – 10 degrees Celsius), whereby a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm2 is achieved after 18 hours.
It can always be better
At Cugla, we have been known for decades to make concrete better and stronger. We do this by working every day on new products that make concrete more durable or improve its workability. Our concrete technologists have the most advanced equipment at their disposal in the R&D Centre to keep innovating. Because that is what we do day in and day out and continue to do.
Mortar production on the own campus
We produce our mortars ourselves in our fully automated factory at the CuglaCampus in Breda. Where we work with the best raw materials and most modern machines to guarantee the required quality.
Convenient and durable packaging
We supply our mortars in durable PE packaging, which keeps them dry on the building site and prevents losses. In order to reduce the burden on the workers, we have adjusted the contents to 20 instead of the usual 25 kg.

Cuglaton shrinkage-compensating mortars
Cugla levert een uitzonderlijk breed assortiment krimparme mortels, zoals gietmortels, injectiemortels, hogesterktemortels, montagemortels, ondersabelingsmortels, konusmortels, troffelmortels en stelmortels voor de montage van zowel prefab beton- als staalconstructies.
Ondersabelingsmortel
Ondersabelingsmortels zijn krimparme mortels speciaal ontwikkeld voor het ondersabelen van staal- en betonconstructies.

Cuglaton TT Steel Fibre Mortars
Rapid compressive strength development of the joint transitions is important in order to meet the requirements of the Department of Public Works, for example. Cugla developed a product range of steel fibre mortars under the name Cuglaton, which (extremely) quickly develop a compressive strength of up to the desired 30 N/mm2 . Depending on the outside temperature and the desired speed of compressive strength development, customers can always make the right economic choice.
Een snelle druksterkteontwikkeling van de voegovergangen is belangrijk om aan de eisen van bijvoorbeeld Rijkswaterstaat te kunnen voldoen. Cugla ontwikkelde onder de naam Cuglaton een productrange staalvezelmortels die (extreem) snel een druksterkte ontwikkelen tot de gewenste 30 N/mm2. Afhankelijk van de buitentemperatuur en van de gewenste snelheid in druksterkteontwikkeling, kunnen klanten steeds de juiste economische keuze maken.

Cuglaton cold
Cuglaton Cold Cold comprises a range of casting mortars, setting mortars and assembly mortars that are especially suitable for applications at low temperatures or for applications where very rapid development of compressive strength is required. At temperatures between 0 and 5 °C, these mortars achieve a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm2 after 18 hours.
Cuglaton Cold omvat een range gietmortels, stelmortels en montagemortels die speciaal geschikt zijn voor toepassingen bij lage temperaturen of voor toepassingen waarbij zeer snelle druksterkteontwikkeling is vereist. Bij temperaturen tussen 0 en 5 °C realiseren deze mortels na 18 uur een druksterkte van minimaal 25 N/mm2.

Cuglacrete concrete repair mortars
Cuglacrete is a complete line for concrete repair. This line includes mortars based on Portland cement and blast furnace cement, as well as products that are ideally suited for the pre- and post-treatment of concrete repairs.
Cuglacrete is een complete lijn voor betonreparaties. Deze lijn bestaat onder meer uit mortels op basis van portlandcement en hoogovencement, en uit producten die uitermate geschikt zijn voor de voor- en nabehandeling van betonreparaties.
